Age Requirements

Tennessee state law prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from being tattooed.   You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government issued photo ID prior to your appointment. Parents are NOT permitted to sign for their child, the only exception is to cover profanity.

A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment, but don’t worry, the deposit will be deducted from your total on Tattoo Day. Deposit may vary between artists. Reach out today! The shop minimum varies per artist.  Please reach out to your artist of choice to discuss rates.

Requesting an appointment is easy, just click HERE to fill out a form and we will reach you within 48 hours. 

Artist work will NOT be delivered prior to appointment. Our goal is to create your vision in an artistic way to the best of our ability. Your images are built to protect contrast and check all the boxes while defending you from a flat, lifeless image. On tattoo day, we will discuss the final artwork.

Anyone under the age of 18 will need dedicated adult supervision. This adult MUST be able to depart with the minor should a distraction occur. This is an artistic environment, our artists take great pride in bringing you a next-level experience. 

Deposits can be applied to rescheduling an appointment, unless it is within 48 hours of the appointment. In the event cancelations occur within a 48 hour period of appointment, the deposit is forfeit. Should the artist agree to reschedule, another deposit is required.

With the exception of hands, feet, face, and neck touchups are free. Scheduling is artist discretion.
